Come with a product concept and know its microbial shelf life

Using our process simulation models you will predict the shelf-life of your product based on your current process and product properties. One process line of max. 10 process steps will be simulated. Standard growth- and inactivation-kinetics of a specified group of spoilage- and pathogenic micro-organisms will be used.
This offer applies to a maximum of 3 products, existing or to be developed.

Deliverables:

  • You will have an indication of the maximum feasible microbial shelf-life of your product
  • You will have insight in the process settings / product parameters determining the microbial shelf-life and market position of your product
