Together with NIZO staff you benchmark your protein preparation on solubility, taste/flavour, foaming or emulsification capabilities. This will be done in 1 day against available and comparable protein preparations, ranging from four to 32, depending on your ingredient.

• Comparison of functionality of your protein preparation against reference protein preparations
• You will know what functionality to improve
