Determine the viability of your probiotics in your product. In a one-day-session, together with NIZO experts you will measure the number of living cells in 2 – 5 products that you have exposed to different storage or processing conditions.
Deliverables:
- Viability of the probiotic cells in your products, which will tell you the need for improvement of survival of the probiotic during processing and/or storage.
- Together we will interpret the results and discuss how you can use these
to improve your product.
