When you apply probiotics, you want them to stay alive. At NIZO you can use the latest technology to determine the viability of your probiotics.
Determine the viability of your probiotics in your product. In a one-day-session, together with NIZO experts you will measure the number of living cells in 2 – 5 products that you have exposed to different storage or processing conditions.
Deliverables:
- Viability of the probiotic cells in your products, which will tell you the need for improvement of survival of the probiotic during processing and/or storage.
- Together we will interpret the results and discuss how you can use these
to improve your product.
