Evaluate your process
Want to have a quick indication on the economic potential of a production process for a new product? What aspect should you optimize in a process to reduce processing costs? What will be the revenue of a change in an existing process roughly be? Is it possible to optimize the quality of your product by changing process settings?
In a telephone conference, your processing problem will be discussed with a NIZO expert. In this discussion it will be determined which relevant process information and documentation is required. The question with regard to your production process will be evaluated with relevant product and process experts, applying expertise in combination with predictive computer models. These results will be communicated in a short memorandum and a telephone conference or meeting at NIZO. Based on the results, it is possible to define the trajectory to e.g. an improved quality and/or lower production costs.
Deliverable:
• An evaluation on the possibility to improve a product or process and the required measures to reach this goal. These will be discussed to determine what such an optimization requires.
