Together with NIZO experts (including a chef!), in a one-day-session, and with the above in mind, you will try your ingredient in a variety of food products. You will also experience in which applications your product works and in which it doesn’t.
Deliverables:
- You will see and taste your ingredient in up to six lab- or kitchen-scale recipes
- You go home with a list of food applications where you know your ingredient does / does not work
- You have a clear idea of how to demonstrate the functionality of your ingredient towards your customers
