From idea to implementation
Developing new food production processes from the first pop-up in my mind to the industrial implementation – that’s my passion! Therefore I am very pleased to lead the highly skilled processing specialists and project managers of NIZO food research together with our industrial partners to realize those ambitions.
Technology for 50% reduced CO2 emission
Today, I see an important new challenge for the industry: making our production processes – once designed in a world with excess of resources – more sustainable. Not just by optimization of current operations but by shared development of breakthrough technologies. That's why I co-operate with Royal Haskoning to develop new production concepts inspired by Cradle to Cradle)!
