As projectmanager Food Chain Quality Management I focus on both food safety and quality issues for the food industry.

After 15 years working in the dairy industry I believe my blood turned white. I cannot imagine a life without milk and milk products like cheese, yoghurt or milk powder. Even in the Western world we can still improve safety and quality of these products and I really enjoy being able to contribute to this. Working at NIZO food research made it possible to extrapolate my knowledge to other products.
