Food and especially nutrition is what drives me! This started during my training as a medical biologist, where I discovered the enormous impact that nutrition can have on health and performance. Ever since I have been working at this exciting crossroad, which I believe has far greater potential than even currently foreseen.

After my PhD in food technology and nutrition I held positions in R&D, innovation and marketing in the food industry. My specialty within NIZO is to create business propositions for companies in the Infant & Clinical Nutrition industry as well as companies marketing probiotic cultures. I am only satisfied if and when my clients are a significant step closer to realizing their targets!
