I am a chemical engineer who has specialised in process- and laboratory automation. Currently, I develop software models to optimise food products and -processes.

Customers come to me when they want to minimise their time to market or optimise their process without compromising their products specs. Optimising the product shelf life, while maintaining other consumer relevant characteristics, is another typical example of my daily work.

For me, it is a challenge to find out how to improve the shelf life of your product and how to describe that in predictive modelling tools like NIZO Premia.
