The world of food technology fascinates me! I find especially exciting the many different interacting areas in food technology such as chemistry, physics, microbiology, product design, quality management and processing.

Before I joined NIZO food research I worked in the food industry in leading positions in product and process technology, R&D and innovation. With my background in the food industry I like translating scientific developments into industrial and market applications for clients in an efficient and successful way.

I am satisfied if we can combine the expertise of the customer and of NIZO food research in the Food, Beverage and Ingredients sector in order to help and bring the customer to the next level!
