The world of food technology fascinates me! I find especially exciting the many different interacting areas in food technology such as chemistry, physics, microbiology, product design, quality management and processing.
Before I joined NIZO food research I worked in the food industry in leading positions in product and process technology, R&D and innovation. With my background in the food industry I like translating scientific developments into industrial and market applications for clients in an efficient and successful way.
