Working together with our customers to accomplish top innovation is what I love to do. Due to my industrial background in New Product Development and Innovation I really understand what happens in this area and I help in discussions about next steps to be taken.
At NIZO food research I am able to combine my background as a food technologist with what I have learnt in the industry. In my job as Business Development Manager I create new opportunities for the ingredient companies to let them grow to be the preferred supplier for their customers. This can be done by improving flavour characteristics, create (optimized) application recipes, new encapsulation systems, new fermented ingredients and so on.
