5th International conference of Food Oral Processing

Join our Group Expertise Leader Protein Functionality Fred van der Velde at the Food Oral Processing 2018 Conference at the University of Nottingham. Fred will present about ‘Relating acoustic tribology to in vitro tribology, oral coating and sensory perception’, on Tuesday July 3rd at 15.15.

Food Oral Processing 2018 Conference will be the fifth in a series of successful conferences (the most recent being in Lausanne in 2016), which have each attracted over 200 participants from both industry and academia, and stimulated helpful scientific discussion and interdisciplinary research.

The conference will take place from the 1st of July till the 4th of July, in East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham NG7 2QL.
