American Dairy Science Association Annual Meeting

As you are well aware of the expert level of our research on dairy we will present on our recently discovered process to detect and control spores development in dairy. We have been asked to hold a presentation on the American Dairy Association Annual Meeting held between June 23 and 26 in Cincinnati. Within the section on “Dairy Foods: Advances in Spore Control throughout the US Dairy Value Chain”, NIZO’s Marjon Wells – Bennik will present on “Spores in Milk Powders – practical solutions for improved detection and important insights for predictability of spoilage of reconstructed products”.  Feel free to talk to our expert in this topic or click here to find the research findings published in the International Journal of Dairy Technology.
