Cheese Symposium 2018

Join our Project Manager Fermentation, Wim Engels, and our  Account Manager, Teroeska Boterkoper, at the 10th Cheese Symposium in Rennes (France), 4-6 April 2018. Wim Engels will have a poster presentation about Activity of non-starter LAB (NSLAB) in Dutch-type cheeses. The poster will be shown during each poster session, during each day of the symposium.

This event continues a tradition to showcase recent developments in both fundamental and applied research. It is organized by INRA in collaboration with Teagasc and University College Cork and aims to cover a broad range of themes associated with ongoing cheese research and current market trends.
