Our principal scientist food safetyMarjon Wells-Bennik will give a presentation regarding the Risk of Listeria monocytogenes in Gouda cheese. This research has been conducted by Ellen Wemmenhove (PhD candidate) at NIZO in cooperation with Wageningen University (Food Microbiology, Food Quality and Design). Ellen Wemmenhove will defend her thesis, the day after the symposium, on February 1st 2019, in the Aula of Wageningen University at 1.30 p.m.
