Flavour: We offer instrumental and sensorial characterization of the performance of aroma systems. Hence, we can improve food quality by optimizing flavour or flavour release. Texture: We offer novel solutions to improve product stability or restore mouthfeel, to deliver ingredients during processing or consumption, and to induce satiety. Health: We can select and produce health ingredients and apply them into stable product formulations that are released at specific target sites. Processing: We help you to implement sustainable processes with optimal product properties, full process hygiene, low energy consumption and operational costs, minimized product losses and pollution. Application & Production: In our food grade pilot plant we can help you with process development, application on pilot scale, test productions and small scale tolling of high value ingredients. Food Safety: We provide trouble shooting, methods to detect contaminants and spoilage organisms, predictive models for quantitative risk assessment and shelf life extension studies.
