This partner‑only FoodValley event explores how healthier and more sustainable eating habits can be scaled beyond early adopters. Through insights into societal movements, consumer behaviour, and targeted motivators, the programme highlights what is needed to guide the broader public toward more sustainable food choices. The session also showcases how innovation can be realised across the entire value chain — from agriculture to final products — through strong collaboration.
