As a child, I used to spend most of my free time helping my parents with the family retail business. This experience gave me the basis for understanding consumer preferences, and how these could translate into better, healthier and products with a good quality.

I have a background in Food Technology and International Business. As a Business Development Manager at NIZO, I am particularly responsible for food quality and risk assessement of food and beverages.

My work is driven by a strong interest in identifying the research needs of both established companies and start-ups in the industry.
