NIZO is proud to be highly recommended in the Fi Food Tech Award 2023!

We are honored and delighted that our Biopurification project is highly recommended in the Food Tech Innovation Award at the Fi 2023. Biopurification improves the taste of plant-based products using microorganism, but then without performing a traditional fermentation.
