Natalie Hotrum

I am a Senior Project Manager in Dairy Technology and my areas of expertise include physical chemistry, food science, emulsions, dairy, infant and medical food technology. In addition, I have an interest in the use of in vitro digestion models to investigate the physicochemical changes to food when subjected to conditions that mimic the physiological conditions of the human gastrointestinal tract.
