The 13th NIZO Dairy Conference will serve as a platform for professionals to share their insights, exchange knowledge, and collaborate on the design and manufacture of novel and improved foods and dairy ingredients. This conference aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge scientific research and practical applications in the dairy industry.
Lectures: In total 19 lectures will be given on the topics the following topics: dairy science and technology, processing, microbiology, chemistry, physics, sensory, health, and nutritional sciences.
