12th NIZO Dairy Conference: Submit your abstract

Save the date and join me online! The 12th NIZO Dairy Conference will take place as a live-streamed and interactive event on 5 – 7 October 2021. Please note that the oral and poster abstract submission deadline is extended until May 21 2021. Abstracts on the following topics are invited:

• Protein and peptide functionality
• Ingredient manufacture and properties
• Product structure and stability
• Nutrition, digestion and health
• Fractionation, purification and production of dairy ingredients
• Healthy minor components

The 12th NIZO Dairy Conference: Innovations in Dairy Ingredients will bring together our expert invited speakers, contributed talks and e-posters showcasing the latest research and addressing key topics under the theme of dairy ingredient functionality. Submit your abstract now to participate in an interactive conference experience direct from your desktop or mobile device: live-stream presentations and take part in discussion through live chat and Q&A.

Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you. Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference. All authors who register for the conferenc may have their article considered for publication in an Elsevier journal. Acceptance of a paper for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for journal publication. Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be included within the online abstract system which will be distributed to all registered conference participants.
