I have always had a strong interest in food. Even as a child, I eagerly assisted my mom in the kitchen, adding various ingredients to enhance the aroma and flavor of the dishes she prepared. Today, as a senior project manager specializing in food and chemical analytics, my project team and I work closely with our customers to identify the most effective strategies for addressing the challenges faced by the food industry.

One of our key areas of focus is improving the flavor of food products. We also specialize in identifying the causes of specific off-flavors and developing solutions to eliminate them. Additionally, we analyze the changes that occur during the shelf life of products and devise methods to prevent them. These are just a few examples of the many challenges we tackle.
