Production of hydrolysate for infant formula

We therefore contacted the NIZO Processing Centre to produce a protein hydrolysate for the Enfamil® brand,” explains Hazenberg.

Our Processing Centre is a flexible ingredients factory, equipped for producing a wide range of ingredients. “The protocol to produce the hydrolysate was worked out together with NIZO,” says Hazenberg. “Their understanding of dairy and proteins, as well as the skilled personnel, contributed to a successful implementation meeting our standards”.
