The Dairy Foods Division of IFT presents its special event of the year: Dairy Sustainability E-Summit (April 15: 10.00AM – 12.00PM CT). This event will explore how innovation can improve sustainability in dairy through a presentation, panel discussion, and optional hackathon.
This year’s event consists the following:
During the engaging presentation and panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions to panellists and participate via poll. If you want to join the case study-based Hackathon, you will be divided into teams with a case study prompt provided to you prior to the event. Each team will brainstorm and develop solutions for the case which will be presented to the whole group at the conclusion of the hackathon.
Peter de Jong, Principal Scientist Processing, will join as an expert panellist during the panel discussion, together with 3 other expert panellists from the dairy industry. You are invited to join!
